Everyday care for well-loved gear

Washing your gear

To keep your gear clean, use water and a gentle laundry detergent. Let your gear air dry completely.

Keeping the vinyl secure

Because of the nature of Iron on vinyl, it may start to peel up. Cover the writing with a shirt or other material, and run an iron over it a few times. The vinyl should stick back down.

Finding a comfortable fit

Measure around the fullest part of your dog’s neck or chest, depending on the piece. Keep the tape snug but never tight, then compare it with the measurements on the product page. Between sizes or unsure? Reach out before ordering so we can help you choose with confidence.

Each Pawdrake piece is made with attention to fit and finish. Current lead times are shared with your order details, and custom pieces may take a little longer while we make something just right.

How do I know which size to order?

Start with a soft measuring tape and use the size guidance on the product page. If your dog is between sizes or has a unique fit, the custom order guide is a helpful place to begin.

Can I use this gear every day?

Yes. Pawdrake pieces are made for regular adventures and everyday routines. A quick check of the fit and hardware before each use helps keep things comfortable and secure.

What if the gear gets wet?

Let it dry naturally at room temperature, away from direct heat. Wipe away any mud or grit once it is dry before using it again.

Do you offer custom pieces?

Yes. Visit the custom order guide to learn how we think about sizing, materials, and the details that make a piece feel personal.

When will my order be ready?

Because every piece receives hands-on attention, lead times can vary. You will see the current timing with your order information, and custom work may take a little longer.

Shop Policies

Please read the following policies carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Pricing

I reserve the right to adjust product pricing at any time without prior notice. Pricing changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.

Shipping

I currently ship within the United States only.

Orders typically ship within 3 weeks of mock-up approval. Processing and shipping times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and other circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damages caused by the shipping provider.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. I am not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After the 24-hour cancellation window has passed, orders cannot be cancelled.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please carefully review your order details, including product selection, size, color, customization, spelling, shipping information, and any other applicable details before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, changes may not be possible.

Product Wear & Care

Normal wear and tear is expected over time with regular use. Product lifespan may vary depending on frequency of use, handling, cleaning, storage, and maintenance.

Customers are responsible for following any care and maintenance instructions provided with their purchase.

Damage, Injury & Improper Use

I am not liable for any damages, injuries, or other issues resulting from misuse, improper use, improper sizing, failure to follow care instructions, lack of maintenance, modifications, alterations, or failure to properly use or maintain the product.

Please ensure that your item is properly sized and used for its intended purpose. If you are unsure about sizing or proper use, please contact me before placing your order.
